Where did we start from?

Scuola Mohole asked us to create a pathway to accompany pupils into the world of work, and this led to the creation of various training moments and opportunities.

What did we do?

We created four different courses: support for business creation in all areas, cultural project management, presentation skills, and design tools. Courses aimed to complete the creative training with organisational and managerial skills.

What about the outcomes?

A company successfully launched from the factory pathway, on two supported realities. Four professional courses, to develop skills, knowledge and passion.

We have created moments in which you can discover and try out some tools yourself, starting with your own projects. Short and intensive workshops, accessible and designed for those working in the cultural sector.

Participants gained knowledge and skills while working on their own projects, used as examples to apply what they have just discovered.

We discussed different management models and provided tools for specific activities, such as distribution, accounting, and contracting with clients and staff.

An opportunity for an exchange of skills between artistic and organisational staff, that established several collaborations between participating companies.
